The Windsor Smith Home Collection™ is the culmination of the extensive travel and the eclectic talent of founder Windsor Smith. A lover of treasures, traditions and architecture of the past, she has expanded from collector to one of the leading talents in the interior design and restoration of some of the finest estates in Brentwood, Bel Air and Beverly Hills as well as the Eastern Shore. Windsor’s design intuition comes not from external influences as you hear from so many designers, but rather from an organic internal instinct and desire to have a life filled with color texture, style and purpose. Windsor jokes that her love affair with color came from a total deprivation of it growing up in the plains of Kansas where the tonality of all things was dirt brown and corn yellow. Her sheer desperation for color inspired her journeys to far away places and all things possible. Windsor blends style with purpose and creates an ease of living while not sacrificing provenance and nostalgia. “We live in a more eclectic world where things are coming at us at the speed of light.
